Summary

I have worked in the game industry as an Animator, a Technical Artist, and a Cinematic Artist. I have been responsible for creating in-game animations by using hand key methods as well as motion capture. Creating engaging cinematic experiences for both in-game cinemas, and also demo pitches. Creating scripted events for games, Character and asset setup and rigging, and creating custom Maya and 3D Max scripts to make the workflow more smooth for not only myself but for other artists as well.

I tackle projects by thinking about them as a whole and how they relate to other areas of the pipeline. This has helped to help maintain smooth workflow and implementation, as well as foreseeing problems that might and will arise. I am able to participate in both creative discussions as well as technical discussions. Allowing for a high quality of result by being able to communicate with engineers about workflow and tool needs, as well as being able to see what limits are available.
